Background: The client told us that her house has had paranormal activity for many years. Activity has included the sighting of a man who passed away at the home (as a solid presence) in the back yard area; it was witnessed by two people.

Investigation Notes: The client asked us to investigate the back yard, with special attention to be paid to the area around the shed. Unfortunately, the home is located in a loud, high traffic area.

Summary: We were not able to collect any evidence nor did we have any personal experiences. It should be noted that our investigation time necessarily had to be short that evening. The client has reported continued activity and a return investigative visit may be made when we can spend an extended amount of time there.
