We are delighted to have been invited back for our 3rd year in a row to Allaire Village to participate in the Haunted Hayride event!
As in previous years, we will be providing a presentation about paranormal investigating every evening of the event. The presentation will be repeated throughout
the evening, so if you're going to be there, you don't need to worry about getting there at a specific time. Our paranormal presentation is provided FREE with your
paid admission to the event!
We will again be in the Wheelwright Shop, which is located in the same building as the Carpenter's Shop. (If you're
facing the front of the General Store, the building is up the pathway to the right, towards the barn.) We've been in this location
every year, so we're starting to really feel at home there!
The Haunted Hayride is fun for everyone, from kids to adults. More than a hayride, it really is an event. If you attend this event, you will be transported through the dark, eerie woods, which
are allegedly haunted by the ghosts of iron workers who were killed in a tragic furnace accident long ago. Spirit guides will also lead you through Allaire Mansion, which is said to be
haunted by the ghosts of Frances Allaire (James Allaire's first wife) as well as his cousin, Calicia. And stop by the bonfire in front of the Carriage House to hear chilling ghost stories that are sure to haunt your dreams.
Dozens of costumed volunteers make the event even more fun. This is always a terrific opportunity to wander through the historic Allaire Village at night (if you dare)!

Q: How long does your presentation last?
A: Generally, about 10-15 minutes. It depends on how many questions we get afterwards, etc. But you don't have to stay for the whole presentation if it's not your thing.
